Cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment will not receive a refund. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 72 hours will result in a fee of 50%

 

In the event of an unavoidable emergency or illness, your payment can be applied to booking in for a future service as a credit/ voucher. I respectfully request proof for this, thank you. 

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service or session, the cancellation policy applies. 

 

After the session, if for any reason you would like to discuss a concern or issue, please contact me directly via email, so I can respond in a timely and professional manner.
