All the things I wish I knew then, back when the pain was so loud and the road felt so unclear.
The road home back to my heart has been far from an easy one, it never is, but it's been undeniably worth it.
Ever since I began gifting myself the love we are all worthy and made up of, my life began to unfold and bloom miraculously. And of course with that came the shedding of layers, the purging of parts of my life no longer serving me. And through it all, it was learning to truly trust that changed my life.
Trusting the process unfolding in divine order, but most of all, learning to deeply feel, embody and prioritise a lifetime of trusting myself
