On the Programme I was so thoroughly overwhelmed with the connection I made in equal parts to myself, the Divine Feminine within and the Universe. It was a gentle program and the space to share was held so beautifully by Clare and the other members. I learnt so much, especially about stepping into my own innate power and authenticity, and how to flow with the tides of emotion within and outside of the body. I came out of it with a lot more confidence and respect for myself, and with a renewed sense of purpose after feeling unable to handle my emotions a lot of the time. I underwent some deep trauma healing also, which I don’t think I would have met with such compassion for myself if I had not been in this environment, and that was so powerful.
